Designed by a haygrower, for haygrowers...
HayTrack was developed by a commercial alfalfa producer for his own use in organizing inventory, shipping, testing and trucking information. Responding to a need for a better record-keeping system within the alfalfa-producing community, the program was revised for commerical sale after it had been in use for several years.

Affordable software...HayTrack sells for $275. Includes 12 months free technical support.

Professional alfalfa inventory management.
HayTrack uses Microsoft Access to track the movement of hay from every field and cutting as it is shedded or stacked, and later loaded onto a truck. When talking to customers, the user can quickly access an updated list of his entire inventory, including storage locations and lab test data. He can see which hay from each lot has been promised to which buyers, and at what price. Additionally, the program automatically removes shipped hay from inventory records, and keeps a history of sales made and trucks loaded. It also does simpler tasks, such as keeping customer and trucker contact information in an easy-to-use format, showing loads not yet paid for, and sorting inventory reports according to RFV or storage location.

Carry an inventory report in your pickup or on your laptop. When a customer calls, you can immediately see what hay you have available, along with RVF, Moisture, TDN or other quality information.

The program can be installed on any modern Windows-based computer, with or without Microsoft Access already installed. It requires 11Mb of available hard drive space. (See detailed system requirements.)

HayTrack sells for $275. Includes 12 months of free technical support.
